Ticket FAQ​

CAN I REGISTER ONSITE?

Yes! You can purchase your ticket here. Tickets are available for sale until April 17, 2026. Late registration cost $139 (+tax). Once purchased, simply show your eticket to an EI conference team member to check in! They'll give you your name tag, conference program, and complimentary pen and notebook (if needed).​​​

WILL THERE BE BOOKS/RESOURCES FOR SALE?

Yes! There will be exhibitor tables selling resources. You will be able to make purchases with cash.​

 

WILL THERE BE WIFI?

Yes, free wifi is available. Please ask an EI Conference team member for the password.​​​

Exhibitor Table FAQ

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BOOKING A PROMO TABLE?

If you are interested in having an exhibitor table, please contact us outlining these details: 

  • What is your organization about?

  • What will you be displaying on the table?

  • Will you be selling and/or giving anything away?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BE AN EXHIBITOR?

The cost for exhibiting for the weekend is $150.

 

​HOW BIG IS THE TABLE PROVIDED?

We can provide a large table (72" x 30").

 

​WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD FOR EXHIBITORS SELLING ITEMS?

Cash only, please. Due to limitations, we cannot provide electronic payment methods. Exhibitors, please be sure to have your own cash float. If you have your own method of electronic payment, feel free to use it.

 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING AND STORAGE OF EXHIBITOR ITEMS/PROMO MATERIALS?

The exhibitor is responsible for managing and transporting their own promo items/materials within the conference space. Since Thursday session is on the northside of the building, exhibitors would have to move all their materials to the south end of the building after the Thursday evening session.
